This article is presented with the aim of providing reliable, quality information about the topic in question and the facts discussed within.
Come to think of it, why am I writing this article? Why should you read this article?
Is it to promote the African race, culture, or power, it has been shown quite a number of times that the most wealthy people are westerners, Arabs, Asians, and others.
Yes and No!

Introduction: Meet Africa

Africa is wealthy in natural resources; the problem is they are not optimally utilized -Yoweri Museveni

Even though Africa has such high appraisals, it still suffers.
Africa is home to 54 countries, approximately 1.3 billion people, it’s workforce is second to none, you see I speak of Africa in a singular form as if they were one nation because there is something that if this great continent, this great people realize their lives will never be the same, I am talking about _Shared tragedy_
There is nothing like shared tragedy to bring people towards a single cause. The COVID-19 pandemic that trashed the world vehemently brought the world together, innovations and inventions were coming up, like the cover tracker, vaccines and many more.
The nations of Africa have all directly or indirectly, but mostly directly been impacted by the horrors of colonization, slavery and slave trade.
It is my belief that the ingredient that the continent lacks is unity and an individual with a dream.
I recently heard a story and I’m going to share it with you:
It is titled “The Stone Soup”: there were 3 soldiers returning from war exhausted, hungry and with all fatigue climbed the hill and saw their village, their frowns turned upside down, they had a rush of energy and ran to the village hoping they’ll have something to eat and drink, but could they be more wrong, there was scarcity in the village due to war and crisis and every villager was hoarding their food. So the sad and hungry soldiers sat down in the middle of the village, made a fire and with a pot of water on it, they carefully put 3 stones into the pot and let it boil for a while, anticipating with joy, but when the villagers saw this they marvelled and eventually asked what are you cooking, they replied reservedly ‘This is stone soup, the best soup I and the other men have ever made and would taste even better if there were some carrots in it’ so out of curiosity, the villager went and brought carrots, “A couple of minutes later, the villagers again asked “Is that it?”

“Well,” said the soldiers, “a couple of potatoes give it body.” Off ran another villager.

Over the next hour, the soldiers listed more ingredients that would enhance the soup: beef, leeks, salt, and herbs. Each time a different villager would run off to raid their personal stores.”
“Eventually they had produced a large pot of steaming soup. The soldiers removed the stones, and they sat down with the entire village to enjoy the first square meal any of them had eaten in months.”

There are answers in this story.
The soldiers act as trailblazers, vision beares, they know what needs to be done, and what is required. Everyone wants to be known for what is succeeding and you rarely find people joining a cause that no fruits have been seen or they've not been thoroughly convinced and the soldiers did that, One thing Africa needs is consistently agile leaders with the vision and the capability/aim of doing it on their own or at least acts like it.

This is one thing I have noticed, I know that you have experience as well, even more than I do. I'll love to read what you have to say about the growth of the African Continent in the comments below.
